Run an on-demand test execution for a scheduled_sql rule in your organization.
This endpoint takes no request body — the execution organization is always
derived from your session and cannot be overridden. Tenant sessions execute under
their session org; NEBULOCK_INTERNAL_PORTAL_ORG_ID sessions use the customer
portal org by default (multi-org execution).
The rule must belong to your organization and be active or experimental,
otherwise a 404 / 400 is returned. Returns the scheduled-sase execution result
(data.status, data.message, data.results_count, ...).
