Search for findings for an organization.

A v3 status or disposition can cover several stored values -- closed also matches the legacy
resolved state, and false_positive also matches findings closed as not reproducible -- so each
filter is expanded to the full set before the query runs.

Returns:

List of findings with pagination metadata, potentially deep loaded
