Axonius (beta)
Connect Nebulock Helix to Axonius for just-in-time asset enrichment.
The Axonius integration enables Nebulock Helix to query asset data from the Axonius platform on demand, during hunts and investigations.
Get the Axonius API Key and Secret
Log in to Axonius with a user or service account whose role has the API access enabled permission.
At the bottom of the navigation toolbar, click your account avatar, then click User Settings and open the API Key tab.
Copy the API Key and API Secret to a safe location.
API access inherits the permissions of the account it belongs to. Use a dedicated service account with only the minimum permissions required. See the Axonius documentation on managing service accounts.
Find your Axonius URL
- Cloud: the address in your browser when logged in to the Axonius web interface, e.g.
https://<yourdomain>.com - Local installation: your internal URL or IP address, e.g.
gui.axonius.local
Enable the integration in Nebulock
In Nebulock, go to Settings > Integrations.
In the search bar, type "Axonius" and click Add New Connection.
Enter the connection details:
- Name: a description of your choice, e.g. "Nebulock Axonius"
- URL: your Axonius URL from the step above
- API Key: the API Key value
- API Secret: the API Secret value
Click Test, then Create Configuration.
Test the integration
Within Nebulock, navigate to Investigate. A simple "List the assets from Axonius" will pull data from your Axonius instance.
